• The SJ Alert Systems are free Community services and are made available to all Residents of Subang Jaya, USJ, Putra Heights and Bandar Sunway. These services will alert you on your Mobile Phone, Email, Tweets, Facebook and/or through our Forum of Crime and other Emergencies, Utility Disruptions and Community Events. In addition you may also receive Crime Report messages direct from the participating Police Stations.
  All messages that originate from our Servers are identifiable with the Sender ID : SJA1ert, SJA1 from 63660, [SJ Alert EMS], sjalert on Twitter and Sjalert Subang Jaya on Facebook.
  Please note that messages that do not have our Sender IDs do not originate from us.

• We STRONGLY advise against forwarding any messages that originate from SJ Alert. You are forewarned that you are ultimately responsible for any problems your actions may cause should you decide to ignore our advice. Please take note that all our Crime Report messages are dated and are also closely monitored by the Police (Polis DiRaja Malaysia)

• Our messages may contain confidential or privileged information for our registered users only, if these messages have reached you in error, you must not disseminate, copy or take any action in reliance thereof. We ask that you delete the messages from your mobile phone or email and notify us immediately by return email.

• As a registered user (whether by SMS, Email, Hardcopy or On-Line Activation) you agree to indemnify the SJ Alert Committee from any and all such risk as to the accuracy and completeness of the messages that are sent or conveyed to you.

• We advise all Members to call the Police first in the event of any emergency, as our primary purpose is only to empower SJ, USJ, Putra Heights and Bandar Sunway residents with additional information about the Subang Jaya Community.

• We cannot be held responsible for non delivery of any or all messages to your Mobile phone, Email, tweets or through the Forum for whatever reason.

• Your comments and replies to our EMS, Tweets and Forum Services maybe used in the promotion of SJ Alert or other non-profit Community services.

• Since we are a 100% Non-profit Organisation and as these Community Services are provided FREE, we have to inform you that you will also be receiving SMS and/or EMS Promotional Messages from time to time from our various sponsors. The SJ Alert Committee Members will ensure that all such messages are in moderation.

• If at anytime or for whatever reason, you decide to opt-out of our notification services, simply follow the instructions available on our website or email. We will be promptly removed.

• Whilst this is a Non-profit Community Service, the SJ Alert Committee Members reserve the absolute right to refuse service to any user who contravene our rules and regulations. The decision of the SJ Alert Committee is final.
