Very simply, it's making a request to the Polis to send their men to patrol your house and the surrounding vicinity throughout the duration you are away from home. Specifically for those who are planning to go away during the coming Chinese New Year Holidays. Just register your absence with the Balai Polis at Bandar Sunway, Putra Heights, Taipan, Subang Jaya SS17 and USJ. Once notified, the Police will arrange for their mobile patrols to "visit" your home until you return.
